Design Brief Summary

Searching to find the “right skin and hair moisturizers for her black skinned child” (who's name is Cade),

a determined Mom, Cheryl, set out to create homemade creams that wouldn't dry out and harm her

son's skin.

She came up with a 100% pure and natural skin lotion that not only helped her own son but because it's

all natural it is helping others too!

'Because of Cade Skin Care' cream can also be used in hair with those with those with natural dark

(black) hair.

Cheryl says, “My products are from God's Creation...” They easily and quickly absorb into the skin. The

jars are recyclable and the cream doesn't harm plants or animals.

As a caring Mom her motto is ,” If it's safe to ingest, it's safe for your skin.” Why put something on your

body that is not safe to put in it!

Because of Cade Skin Care is all natural, no hidden chemicals or unpronounceable ingredients. With the

pleasing scents of Shea, Mango and Cocoa Butter it makes sense for your skin!

Next some suitable logo design thumbnails or sketches were drafted up and developed into the logo you see above. I created the 'Sundrop' symbol from a combination of an ancient African symbol for 'life' and literally drops  representing moisture as well as bursts of Sun rays.
